Oregon Superior Siding (OSS) provides exterior construction services including, but not limited to, siding installation, deck building, painting, window/door replacement, and general remodeling. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured professionals under CCB# 203980.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • Non-Binding Nature: All "Free Estimates" provided through the website or over the phone are preliminary. A final, binding contract is only established once a physical site inspection has been completed and a written proposal is signed by both parties.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your property and project goals to ensure the most precise estimate possible.

3. Project Scheduling & Performance

  • Timelines: While we pride ourselves on "100% On-Time Delivery," start and completion dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and labor variables inherent to Pacific Northwest construction.

  • Site Access: For on-site estimates or active projects, the property owner must provide safe access to the exterior of the premises.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, branding, and images in our portfolio, is the property of Oregon Superior Siding and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oregon Superior Siding strives for 100% satisfaction. However, OSS is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

  • Issues resulting from pre-existing structural damage or rot discovered during the "tear-off" phase of a project that was not visible during the initial estimate.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes relating to these terms or services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the counties where we operate (including but not limited to Multnomah, Marion, Deschutes, and Lane counties).

7. Reviews and Testimonials
